Become a Driving Instructor

Are you an existing ADI or PDI? If so, we'd love to hear from you. Learn 2 Pass is one of Kent's longest established family-run driving schools and we're very much team centred. We're looking for professional, customer-focused driving instructors throughout Kent to join our team, and we offer one of the most comprehensive and best value franchise packages available. Learn 2 Pass driving instructors have the opportunity to earn above the earnings of the major national driving schools, with far lower franchise fees, no student introduction fees, and no hidden costs. Our instructors are also able to earn more than many independent driving instructors as we take care of all advertising costs, marketing, and stationery design and production to give you more time on the road doing the job you love, as well as saving you the cost of launching adverts and getting stationery produced.

Our franchise package has been developed by the instructors here at Learn 2 Pass in order to keep your costs down to an absolute minimum, whilst providing you with maximum amount of support available from any driving school. We are now offering all of the following to any new ADI or PDI who joins the Learn 2 Pass team:

• Your first 2 weeks franchise free to help you build up your business
• A guaranteed minimum number of students...in writing. Our main focus is to ensure that you're happy and have the level of work that you want, and we always keep our promises
• No student introduction fees or hidden costs. Our low weekly franchise fee is the only service which we charge for
• Your car sign written, along with a magnetic top box. We will arrange and pay for your car to be professionally sign written at a time which is convenient for you
• Your own page on our website. This will help promote your services as part of the Learn 2 Pass team
• All of your stationery provided. We will supply you with business cards, flyers, pupil record cards and all other stationery that you may need...at no extra cost
• Regular socials and get-togethers. We're very much a team here at Learn 2 Pass, so we regularly arrange socials such as bowling nights, BBQs during the summer, quizzes etc
• Generous prizes up for grabs in our Instructor of the Month competition.
• Both full-time and part-time franchises available. We're happy to work around your commitments, and provide you with whatever level of work you require
